OVERVIEW
To celebrate the launch of Slate & Co. Property Group, eligible property owners may access an introductory sales commission rate of 0.55% plus GST, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
This offer is intended to provide homeowners with an opportunity to experience Slate & Co.'s services during our launch period.
ELIGIBILITY
The 0.55% commission rate is available only to:
• New residential property listings.
• Property owners who enter into a signed Form 6 Appointment and Exclusive Agency Agreement with Slate & Co. Property Group during the promotional period.
• Properties located within approved service areas determined by Slate & Co. Property Group.
• The first three (3) qualifying listings accepted under this promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The offer commences on:
Monday, 8 June 2026
and will conclude upon the earlier of:
• The first three (3) qualifying listings being secured; or
• Withdrawal of the promotion by Slate & Co. Property Group.
Only listings signed while the promotion is active will qualify.
COMMISSION RATE
Eligible properties will be charged:
0.55% of the final sale price plus GST.
Examples:

$500,000 | $2,750 + GST
$600,000 | $3,300 + GST
$700,000 | $3,850 + GST
$800,000 | $4,400 + GST
$1,000,000 | $5,500 + GST
Commission is payable upon settlement in accordance with the signed Form 6 Appointment.
VENDOR PAID ADVERTISING
The introductory commission rate applies to agency commission only.
All advertising and marketing expenses remain the responsibility of the property owner.
This may include:
• Realestate.com.au advertising
• Domain advertising
• Professional photography
• Drone photography
• Videography
• Floor plans
• Signboards
• Social media campaigns
• Print advertising
• Any other approved marketing activity
Marketing costs are separate from commission and are payable regardless of whether the property sells, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
INCLUDED SERVICES
The introductory commission rate includes:
• Property appraisal and pricing strategy
• Listing preparation guidance
• Marketing coordination
• Buyer enquiry management
• Open homes and private inspections
• Offer negotiation
• Contract coordination
• Regular vendor communication
• Settlement support
EXCLUSIONS
The introductory commission rate does not apply to:
• Commercial properties
• Industrial properties
• Development sites
• Project marketing appointments
• Rural properties exceeding two (2) hectares
• Auction campaigns (unless specifically agreed in writing)
• Properties referred from third-party referral networks where referral fees apply
• Any listing where additional services are required outside the standard residential sales process
Slate & Co. Property Group reserves the right to determine eligibility.
MULTIPLE AGENT SITUATIONS
The introductory commission rate applies only where Slate & Co. Property Group is appointed as the exclusive selling agent.
Open listings, conjunction arrangements, or co-agent agreements may attract different commission structures.
EXISTING CLIENTS
The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing appointments or listings already under agency agreement.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
This promotion:
• Has no cash value.
• Cannot be transferred.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer unless approved in writing.
FAIR USE
Slate & Co. Property Group reserves the right to decline any appointment where:
• The property is considered outside the intended scope of the promotion.
• The anticipated workload is materially different from a standard residential sale.
• The property presents unusual legal, planning, marketing, compliance, access, or operational requirements.
GENERAL
By signing an agency appointment under this promotion, the property owner acknowledges that:
• They have read and understood these terms and conditions.
• They understand that advertising costs are separate from commission.
• They understand that the promotion is limited to the first three (3) qualifying listings.
• They understand that the promotion may be withdrawn at any time for future listings.
• They understand that the signed Form 6 Appointment remains the governing agreement in the event of any inconsistency.
